. . . passed him. It was at a intersection with about 10-13" of packed snow. As long as your frame isn't hung up to where your wheel are off the ground . . . you ain't a stoppin'. I'm in Michigan. The other good one was at the junction of I-275 and 5 in Novi. About 15-20 cars were off the road and stuck on a sweeping left turn on the highway. I just blew through everyone at about 25 mph with total traction. These are an aggressive deep snow and slush tire (directional pattern like the S-03's). If your looking for good dry performance, then go elsewhere, but you won't hang in the really deep stuff. Winter rubber compound is all the way to the base unlike the blizzaks. I've got 30K on mine and 40% of the tread depth.
