I just bought a 1999 A4 1.8T with the Sport package w/ 16" wheels. I've read a good amount of threads on the tire pressure and still don't have a set conclusion on the correct one. What seems to be the most popular response is 34F/33R.
My problem comes in where the dealer replaced the front tires, leaving 2 sets with 2 different PSI recommendations. The front tires are 35 psi, while the back read 44 psi. Should I still keep the 34F/33R psi, or should I go higher on the rear tires because of their larger capacity?
Thanks,
Tim
