I notice these two springs seem to be the most popular choices for lowering A4 (in conjunction with the bilstein struts). Are there any differences between them?

In terms of ride height (can someone confirm?)...
H&R sport
Eiback ProKit
H&R Race
In terms of ride, the Eibachs are softer than the H&R's, and Todd@AWE has said that the spring rates on the Race vs. Sport are the same, so in theory the only difference between the two H&R springs are ride height.

about). Sorry, I should have stated that.
My prokits and bilsteins dropped my car to a 1.5 finger gap in rear, and 1.25 in front (00 1.8TQM).

...suspension. I would argue otherwise. Several folks have done the spring-only swap and then 6-12 months later upgraded the shocks also as they weren't happy with the ride. Save yourself the some labor expense, and install shocks and springs at the same time.
