What is the difference between RS4 Bumper and RS4 Bumper Skin?

Rieger Bumper is a skin, RS4 bumper is a complete OEM bumper that comes with..
the bumper support. If you buy the Rieger you take your old bumper off and put the Rieger on top of it. Basically it's the same thing. You only need one bumper support. So if you have the bumper support on, you can put the real RS4 bumper on, the Rieger bumper, etc...
But I guess you could also call the Rieger a full bumper if you had the support. So technically any bumper is just a skin.
