You beginner...I am the master of parking tickets :-P
I got out of one today by telling them I had moved to a different dorm, now I got 2 parking stickers..they want my first one back..that MIGHT happen ;-)

One year I racked up over $1200.00 in parking tickets in San Francisco (I used to sell telecom gear there).
I took as many of the tickets as I could find and went to the court house, had them run a report totaling my offenses and went before the judge and pleaded capitalist. He let me off for $600.00!
Beats paying for that expensive commercial parking and at the time I pretty much parked where ever I wanted. Its not that way now, but I'm not in SF anymore either!
