what do you guys think of the S4 6-speed, compared to your 5-speed
I had driven one once, but I got to drive one for 2 days, and I must say, I like my transmission better. Mine has WAY less play in it, and the engagements are more solid. Also, I hate the way the S4 shifter springs out of gear right when you touch it, while the 5-speed you actually have to move the shifter out of a gear before putting it into the next. I believe this makes shifts more accurate.
I do like the clutch takeup of the S4 better though.
5-6 is a weird shift, I feel like I am throwing it into reverse at 80+ mph.
