Default What do you guys use to condition Leatherette?

I have been using leather conditioner, but I don't feel that it is working as well as it should....is there a specific product made for leatherette?

Thanks

Most people like Vinylex, but beware: it's very shiny - almost looks oily.

I have found if you buff with another dry towel after application, it has a nice satin finish.

Default Lexol Vinylex. Don't use....

a leather conditioner on leatherette and vice versa. Each material has different properties, so use the correct product for each.

I use Vinlyex on all leathette areas and dash (some also use it on the black trim outside). Then I use a leather cleaner/conditioner (that I also use for my leather couches) on the steering wheel, shift boot and emergency brake.

When applying Vinlyex:
Make sure your interior is not hot
Spray a small amount on a rag (not directly on the leatherette surface or dash)
Wipe it in good, let it sit for a few
Use another clean, lint free cloth and buff the bejesus out of it

Good Luck<ul><li><a href="http://www.lexol.com/newauto.html">Lexol Products</a></li></ul>

Default I use Lexol Vinylex. Apply it to a rag, wipe it on everything, let it sit, then buff it with a dry..

..towel. Works perfect. Not very shiny since you buff it a little.
