what does it mean exactly mean when my audi says this?
on the screen between the gauges on my dash when i start the car it says "service!" on the top part of the screen then in the middle it says "OK", does this just mean routine services or what?,

Yes,you can reset it by using the stalks in the cluster or VAG.com.
