What does it mean when the spark plug comes out oil covered? BTW

Not my car.. It's a buddy's Dodge Neon...

Oil might have been overfilled.

Rings or Valve guides

Neon Motors do not last. My friends lasted 80,000 and started using oil like a *****. 1 qt perf 100 miles.

We got a used motor from the junk yard and changed in in 19 hours straight.
