Default 2nd. But its good to do the pilot bearing while its down, I've also heard the rear main seal

I didn't do the the rear main b/c it cost to much at the time. Make sure they will resurface the flywheel if you don't get an aftermarket one. I had mines done at a local Napa with a machine shop.

Default "rear main"???? and resurface flywheel..

what is that? sorry I am quite ignorant when it comes to mechanics of a clutch. And what should I expect to pay to have fly wheel resurfaced?? thanks

Default the rear main is only accessible by taking down the trans, it will eventually leak...

Its what seals the crankcase and the cam that comes thru the block to the trans.

The flywheel will need to get resurfaced just like brake rotors get resurfaced. Works almost the same way. Plus you will have burn marks on the fw as well as it being glazed and textured to your current clutch. Try google for some of this info so that you can at least learn how it looks and how it works.

Default alright thank you for the info..... used low miles flywheel??

I will talk to my mechanic about these things, I believe he also suggested purchasing a used, low miles, flywheel (about 100 bucks). Does this seem like good idea or no? thanks again!
