aka GALA, changes volume according to speed.. higher speed, louder

Is there an on/off for it? Mine is supposed to have it but it doesn't work.

Default There was a note on this on a while back...
The owners manual suggests that the numbers you see and can set relate to how loud it gets. The note a while ago suggested that is incorrect and instead the numbers represent the speed at which the level increases a fixed amount.

The search engine doesnt seem to be very helpful -I dont get any hits newer than 1/15/01.
