what have you guys done to save weight on your a4?

i remember seeing a post where someguy had installed a lightweight battery, saved 20lbs or so in the front.
anything else? (please have some practicality to your answers, im not willing to remove my seats)

Removed the spare and replaced it with a can or runflat.
Thats all I got.
CFHood seems to help alot.
also Moving the battery to the back makes a big difference in the front rear balance.

Go with Stasis brake system good for a few pound loss. Exhaust system. Put helium in your tires, Get rid of the spare tire, Get a lighter battery, carbon kevlar race seats as mentioned above. Get rid of speakers and stereo, get rid of AC compressor... Replace everything you can with CF, i.e. door panels dash... It shouldn't set you back too much, only about 10-15K

up his OEM seats and he wants to save weight. I doubt he will goes to the extreme as you listed.
