What the hell is going on? only 10 grand!!!
I went to the BMW dealership and was looking at the m3 and just for fun I decided to find out what they would give me for a trade in on my 1998 Audi A4 1.8T with 59k mile on it. Oh my god they said they would give me around 10 grand trade in what a joke!!! I guess they really are stealerships!

They usually only give what they can buy the same thing for from wholesalers or auctions.
If you were serious bout buying the bmw and walk on the trade offer, they would probably call you. similar situation happened to me when I traded my bmw for my a4. the offer started at 9000 and we settled for 13500, with the price of the audi staying constant.

yep, they told me $8 or $9k...
at VW, so I decided to go SIII at Christmas. 1997 1.8tqm with 39,400 miles. The guy said well its perfect but it would be hard to sell with a 5 speed. WTF?? oh well, I love it anyways.
