What is the hose on the battery for?
Hi!
I just replaced my battery, and when I pulled the battery out, I noticed a narrow rubber hose connected to it. I failed to see where the other end was attached.... The new Sears battery also came with short hose and instruction says that it is supposed to be connected to a hose attached to the car... But it seems like I don't know where the hose is supposed to go on the car side!
I noticed two holes, though. One is right under the battery tray and is about 2-3 inches in diameter. The other is on the right side of batter tray and looked like host can barely fit through the hole...... I should've noticed it. Darn it!
Can anyone please help me where the hose is supposed to go?
Thank you!
