Allstate. I was with Farmers for 7 years...
all was good until I filed a claim. They delayed responding to the body shop for so long (17 days, by their own admission) that I had to pay for 13 days of car rental out of my own pocket. The manager at the body shop said that Allstate was the easiest to deal with on claims, so I went with them... we'll see what happens if I have to file a claim.

Allstate Auto and Home
If you own a house, my mortgage guy told me that you should change home owners every five years because they will keep raising the rates over the years. I will probably switch to State Farm in a few years then back to Allstate in five more years, etc. etc. etc....
