What kind of turbo does the APR Stage III+ have

Still GT-25 just with different trim and AR IIRC...
they don't currently offer a SIII+ kit anymore, the normal Stage III is probably good for well over 300 HP on race gas.

Totally different class of device...the GT series are Ceramic BB CHRA
the housings are much larger etc...the GT-25 is still a pretty small turbo so it retains much of the cars stock drivability, but adds appreciably more power than the K04 does, least more power safely...if you want to wring a K04 out you can make 250 maybe more...but it's going to die...and die a tragic death it will.
The K04 and K03 are rather dated designs...but they're very economical...and very reliable when not stressed, they use a sleeve bearing which has more drag than the BB and is a bit more lag prone. The T28 turbo offered in some other kits is also a sleeve, but it will make way more power than any K04 ever will...
You've got a lot of options...shop around talk to everyone...take the smack talking with a grain of salt, if someone offers you a deal that seems too good to be true...it probably is ;-)
