Default Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH)

Click here for a place that sells very highquality NiMH batteries.

Also try Sunn Battery at this link

Nexcells are great. Soo are Sanyo batteries, and MAHA batteries.

The higher mAH rating, the longer it will last w/o needing to be recharged.

Get the MAFA POWEREX MH-C204F charger.

Default You MUST get nickle metal hydride!! They last ~100 pic...

I have used many digital cameras, and any alkaline battery SUCKS. They all last ~20-30 pictures. You can order any number of high-capacity ~1400Mah nickle metal hydride batteries inexpensively. I would even get 2-sets, one to stay in the charger and one in the camera.
Here is a link to an excellent battery supplier, ask their opinions...

http://thomas-distributing.com/batteries.htm</a

Default Check out this guy... he's got the industrial Sanyos rated at 1600mAh...

I've got two sets for my camera plus the rapid charger that I bought from this guy. Delivery was fast and the batts work great.

RipVan100

Default Not in my experience... Everyready's completely suck ***...

They'll run out at least twice as fast as a set of duracells... NiMH is where it's at though.

Default Yup, me too...for my Nikon 990! Amazing battery life.

Standard alkalines get me about 25 shots w/flash. These Sanyo's will get me well over 100 w/flash!!
