I'm putting in all new control arms this weekend and it would be nice if I could do the bearings at the same time instead of waiting for the machine shop to open on tuesday to finish the job.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=4711</a

need more like a 10 ton press to seat them correctly

well they've got a 12T for about twice the money.
still might be worth it in the long run. I imagine I'll be playing with cars all my life, although the lottery could change how much work I do myself!

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=33497</a

I'd just wait and take it to the shop
Removing one of my rear bearings bent a 10 ton press. Tried working it for 2 hours with a 25 ton and finally got it out with a $10,000 75 ton press

A comment...
I have a 20 ton Arcan unit from Northern as well as the Sir Tools B-90 master kit, and the 20 ton works hard if the person waited on doing the bearing or its corroded badly.
Guess , I would want at least 20, if I had to do it over again, I'll get the 40 ton(for more stable for pressing). Believe me, the last thing you need is something rocketing out of the press because the thing is not machined well or bending because it is over stressed on it limit. Just my experience.

OK, now seeing these responses, I'm definately rethinking my rear WB.
The bench press I borrowed is an old rack and pinion "armstrong" press. I'll have to do the math to calculate the official tonnage with me pulling on the arm...crap.
