What parts should I put in with the Tbelt? Best place to buy parts?
I figure it's time for a t-belt, 89900 on a '99 1.8T Quattro. I could use advice on which parts and where to buy them.
Belt, tensioner and idler for sure. Water pump, but not the housing, right? Thermostat? I see some kits include a main bearing seal, does that make sense to do or silly at this point? I suppose accessory belts are also worth the few bucks for this moment of excellent access. How about water hoses? Turbo oil lines? Could get expensive.
I hear germanautoparts.com is a good place for parts, it's hard to find good alternatives. What's the best place for good quality parts at good prices? Thanks for your thoughts!
