What is the stock ride height and where should i measure from? I have coilovers. Thanks

What is the stock ride height and where should i measure from? I have coilovers. Thanks

Default For looks people measure from the ground up the middle of the wheel and tire to the center point of

the wheel arch which is the highest point. Make sure your tires are at proper inflation and you don't have junk in the trunk. Coilovers dropped my ride height 3 inches initially from the stock non-sport suspension. My sig shows the original ride height. I can't give you specific numbers since we have different A4s and I forgot to measure the stock ride height before the installation.

Default Most measure ground to fender

I am at 25.5" for the winter
Will lower to 24.5" for the summer

stock wheel well height is 27.25" front 26.85" rear +/-.

Default 3 inches ... nice.... which coilovers did you use....Im at stock Non-sport height right now...

and i've got some Stasis coilovers in the garage waiting for spring to be put on...

Default Bilstein pss9 coilovers and I'm still trying to dial in the right ride height for maximum

comfort vs. handling. Currently I'm at 25-1/2" all the way around (the three inch drop was too low for me)and I think I'll bump it up another 1/8". It's interesting how a mere 1/8" of height change can really affect the handling.

I have the hr coilovers...tried to adjust them today and gave up to hard lol
