What type of grease/lube should I use on my sunroof tracks?

Dry teflon lube.....
the problem with the other stuff is that it conjeels(sorry for spelling) and puts alot of strain on the motor, especially in colder temps. You order the factory stuff, I've never tried though. Good luck.
