Default What to use for a custom length BPV intake return line?

tried the Home Depot rout.. 1" EXTREMELY thick heater hose.. To stiff to make even the slightest bend without buckling in the middle.

My BPV bung on the aluminum piping is farther away than the OEM J hose and I need to run new bendable hose to reach its new location.

My only short term fix I can see, is running the J hose from the intake (tight bend), using a small 1" aluminum piece and join the BPV with the thick Depot rubber hose from IC pipe bung and the J hose.

What a chore. Would be nice to have some sturdy flexible 1" Silicone tubing that could just make some tight bends..

Cheers,
Joel

Default I use dish washer hose from Home Depot or Lowes. If you go outside the frame rail you can use a

90 degree out of the turbo outlet hose, a short hose to the bpv and then up to the TIP using the 1" washer hose. It is very stiff but resists collapasing on bennds .. unlike the 1 " heater hose.

Default My BPV is in the same location strangely.. I'll call about washer hose in the AM..

I thought about using some 90 deg on the bung to angle the valve like yours.. I'll take some pics in the morning.

For now I have a Forge BOV.. which works.. but I think has a spring thats FAR to stiff. under light load it shocks the turbo for soem flutter. Under heavy loads, blows off like intended..

Cheers,
Joel

Default I run the Greddy

Took a bit to get it adjusted properly but now it is smooth. I've run 710N without issue too. If the Greddy ever pops I'm gonna try an APR R1 methinks. I've found the diaphram style to be much smoother and faster.
