What will happen if I had the non sport front sway bar and I installed the 19mm rear swaybar?

Default The effects don't change -- just the extent to which they occur.
You wouldn't break anything, if that's what you're wondering. The oversteer would likely be more pronouced than if you had a tighter front sway.
