16684 Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
16688 Misfire on cylinder four

This is a 98.5 2.8Q

Default did you clear the code and redrive?
a cheap guess would be to replace the sparkplug on cylinder four(or all cylinders), reset codes and take it for a cruise. did this just come out of the blue or has this been a nagging injury for quite some time?

along Boostd3's suggestion, swap coil packs and see if appears on the other cyl

Default possibly head gasket, or
it could also possibly be the head gasket, that can cause misfiring, bad plug, could be a number of things

Default before you pull out your wallet, do a swap
I would start w/ the plugs and move upward from there
