Default What would you use to get extreme brake rust off your wheels?
Cleaning my stock wheels this morning, but couldn't really get them clean. Tried scrubbing with normal car wash detergent, no luck - seems like brake dust burnt on.

Default some of it may not dissolve off with cleaners...
In this case, get those plastic bag ties from the supermarket (off off packs of bread) and use those to break stuff off the rims.

Default Something with a slight abrasive like a pre-wax cleaner that you would use on the car.
Mother's, Maguires, etc.
