whats the best way to have something shipped to you from Canada to the US???

Default Absolute best and cheapest method is Postal Services...
DOn't use UPS. They really rip you off on charges to go across the border. Insure the crap out of it and us postal...

Default just have the seller use Canadian postal service with insurance. Most important part
is the packaging.
