Liquid is generally easier to apply. It is also considered not as protective because in order for it to be in liquid form, it is diluted some.

I've used both and found the paste wax much better and in fact easier to apply. It also gives a more even coat and turns out better.

Default Thanks! I've only ever used paste and wondered if I should switch. Now I know I won't.

Stick w/ the paste....lasts longer
