Whats a good 150x2 amp to run some MB Quart Q series components?

You're unlikely to get better results bi-amping the component set using the amp's crossovers.
The crossovers that come with the components are probably much higher quality than what's in the amp, but more importantly, the sound engineers probably spent a bit of time dialing in the crossovers for the tweeter and the midrange. This particular crossover is extremely critical. If you want to redo the work they did, make sure you have a good set of ears, and a *nice* crossover to do the work.
Granted it is normally a good idea to apply the crossover on a line level signal...but with car audio, I would say the front component set is the exception.

Personal preference I guess......I like them far better than my old Bostons, and they're on -3......
Perhaps it's the amp? Some amps are brighter than others. Personally, I think Alpine amps are too bright, much prefer Rockford Fosgate.

Depends entirely on the speakers.
A less efficient speaker may recommend 100 to 150 watts, in which case, I would feed them as much as they are designed to take. Overall sound will be cleaner and clearer, and you lessen the chances of blowing the speakers by overdriving the amp.
It's like saying a V8 to WAY too much power. Too much for what? A mini cooper...perhaps, a 5000 lb SUV, probably not.

I don't have rear fill and I LIKE it...
it is crappy if you are sitting in the back seat, but it is better if you are in front. I am in front most of the time, and when I am not, I am not listening to the radio...

yep, for mainstream stuff ,their amps have really been impressive.
I run a single JL 250/1 powering a JL10W3. plenty of thump, compact and simple amp. I used to run PPI in my last car before the company got purchased by DEI and now nothing they put out has been redesigned. Lots of good amp manufacturers out there if you're willing to shell out the money.
As for components go, MB Quarts have a tendancy to be bright/harsh. I'd go with Dyn Audio/Diamond Audio/Infinity's instead.

My Diamonds have aluminum tweeter, it gets bright when you up volume because windows are open
But since I drive with A/C on 99% of the time, it's bareable. I will replace them some day. Just got a sweet deal on them I couldn't pass up.

Yea, sounds perfectly fine on my setup, and it's not worth effort to pull rear deck to vent into
cabin in my opinion. I did it since I had to pull rear deck for something else anyway, but there was NO difference.
