Default Well, they are very bright.

Simple question...are you the kind of person that cranks up the treble when you listen to music? If you are, you might find the MBQ's very "detailed" (nice). If you prefer a more mellow sound, you'll probably find the MBQ's "bright and tizzy" (will induce migraine headaches).

Boston Pro speakers are still detailed, but not as bright as the MBQ's. Focal's are also on the same level as Boston Pro's...detailed, and musical, but not overly bright.

ADS speakers are mellow compared to the Boston Pro speakers. Dynaudio are also on the mellow side imho.

Those are the speaker lines I know off the top of my head. I would say the top of the line Focal components and Boston Pro components are down the middle of the road in terms of brightness. Between the two, my ears love the Focals!

Default which is better and why?

im really just starting to understand ohms. if i boght the 4 ohm subs i could run them parallel and that would be running a 2 ohm load though, right?
so if the sub is 500x1 at 2 ohms thats what i would do?
