What's the proper procedure for changing brake fluid?

I assume Pentosin DOT4+ is a good street choice for brake fluid...
How do you drain? How do you dispose of old brake fluid? How do you bleed? Any caveats?

Make sure you start with the passenger rear wheel, then the driver rear, passenger front, driver front, get a motive presure bleeder. I would get some audi brake fluid from a dealer and stay with that, I am leary of mixing brake fluids.
