whats the widest tires i could run on 17x8.5's with out rubbing?

I would go with 235 or 245... what brand tires?

i dunno maybe Falken or Khumo's just because they're cheap

I hate to say it, but if you're getting that close to the curb 235's aren't gonna help you that much
