What's your opinion of installing a "used" engine?

I understand that, I hate dealers too, but if you need to keep your warranty intact...
the only option is the dealer.
I have 2 REALLY good indy shops here, I'd rather go there than even the best dealer, BUT, if Audi is paying, why should I?

depends what the dealer offer if....doesn't sound like they are stepping up
for the $$$...I would go indy...then again, for that $$$, I would go prepared low compression 2.0 liter.
