when does the dealer replace the spark plugs on a 1.8t?

My suggestion is to pull it and install a copper plug, but just be ready to replace them every 10K miles.

It's fairly extensive from what I recall, but mostly just a big checkup. You should get new plugs, air and oil filters, oil change, new wipers, tranny fluid flush and fill. Shifting feels great after the F&F, BTW.
I have the brake chirp issue, too, but forgot to have them look at it. I did have them take care of all the little squeaks and rattles that were present, and they took care of all of them.
I've been very happy with my service dept, and they're really good about making sure I'm happy with the car and the work they do. Hopefully your service dept is the same.
