Default here is what I was told...

I asked the guys at purems if I needed to get anything other than shocks/struts and springs for my suspension upgrade. They suggested that I purchase front bushings also. I'm attaching the link. Hopefully this clarifies it.

http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=967</a

Default When I changed my suspension at 90,000 miles I examined my shock bushings and

they seemed a touch compressed but otherwise fine. I had the stock non-sport suspension. They are on my car now with the Pss9 coilovers and I have had no problems. I wouldn't worry about it if you are changing out the original suspension which we all "assume" was installed and tightened correctly. Perhaps the factory sport suspension is a bit harsher on the shock bushings but I really don't know.

Good luck
