When replacing suspension should new shock bushings be installed? the car has 66k on it

I asked the guys at purems if I needed to get anything other than shocks/struts and springs for my suspension upgrade. They suggested that I purchase front bushings also. I'm attaching the link. they seemed a touch compressed but otherwise fine. I had the stock non-sport suspension. They are on my car now with the Pss9 coilovers and I have had no problems. I wouldn't worry about it if you are changing out the original suspension which we all "assume" was installed and tightened correctly. Perhaps the factory sport suspension is a bit harsher on the shock bushings but I really don't know.
