When running Subs... What are the most common probelm areas for rattling in an A4's trunk

Not in the trunk, but the license plate and lock assembly

my license plate went crazy cause i dont have bolts in the bottom holes

yup, plus the rear deck can rattle, esp. if the sub is firing towards it.

my drivers side tail light seems to rattle a little bit

Default Yeh license plate deffinately was an issue so i backed it with foam and its perfect now but.........

there is still something else rattling alittle.... it seems like when i completely shut the truck and then lift up, the rattling goes away.. could this be the lock assem. like you were saying? HOw do you fix something like that??

Default my head in my A4.... I have this nasty habit of keeping the volume way up....

then my brain starts to rattle in my head.

Yeh I noticed when i held the keyhole button its stopped rattling... how can you fix it??

Default don't know if it is the lock but the only way to fix that would be

to glue the lock and enter through your backseat. Not much you can do really. :-/
