where can i effin reflash a chip?
more specifically, my GIAC k04 eprom to J31 program. local giac dealer (eurotech) had problems with the computer/writer and that was 4 weeks ago. i emailed a dealer in fla and they were busy. induktion does not reflash chips and i'm still awaiting an email from awe-tuning.
anybody else know/have recommendations?
i'm tired of waiting now that i have had everything set up for almost a month. boogers!

yes. 3 weeks after i went there i called them..
yesterday and brian wasn't there but they told me they would call me back to tell me if it's solved or not. no call as of yet.

they have lost a lot of my business b/c they don't know anything...
They don't know prices immediately, they don't know how to call back, and they don't know what I need. Every reply is, ok let me ask Brian when he gets back or a chance. Even recently, I get calls a week later. At seperate times, I need a clutch, rotors, brake lines, fluids, pads, and a DP. I didn't get any of it from them b/c by the time they called back, I had already mail ordered it. I hate mail order, I always have some issue with it. Always.

from their website..

If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your full purchase price"
we have 93 here in ga while the programming is done using 91 or 92. will i not see the true potential if i use them?

agree. i have bought some minor things from them in the past and couple of my friends..
have gotten chipped over there. brian seems to be a really nice guy who tries to comfort his customers and that is seen and valued in our local audi and vw community. however, it seems like he is the only one who does that and everything depends on him. i know he's busy all the time but it's been 4 weeks almost and i have not gotten a call/email yet when i was promised i would within that week. i just want the friggin chip!
