What you are asking for is slotted and dimpled rotors, The main reason for drilled/slotted/dimpled rotors is to have a place for the gases (from the pads cause of heat it pushes away the pad) some where to go, as long as you buy a quality rotor in the first place there is no problem. I have the bembro/eurorotor crossdrilled on mine with 4 drivers at the track constantly going no problems, just make sure your brake fluid has been changed with something around dot 4 600'degree fluid and good pads..
