Where can I get APR or Garret Chip locally in Vancouver?

I don't think you can get APR in BC ... Portland is closest vendor. Giac I have no idea.
But with either, if you buy a spare ECU and chip it you can pop it in yourself in a few minutes. That way you'd have no downtime on your car should you elect to go with either vendor.
