where can i get a good exhaust manifold?

Default How about a ported OEM one?
Approx. a 20% increase in flow vs. the unported OEM one.

If so, I know where you can get one.

I need some ideas for upgrades... I have an apr chip, k04/k16 turbo upgrade, exhaust, intake, HFC, injectors.. im lookin around 290 hp.. any ideas?
