Where can I get a good torque wrench online at a good price?

there was a buying frenzy on these a while back...they're perfect for doing your wheels properly. I think I paid all of $10~$20 for it...comes in a nice case...and was tested by a fellow AudiWorld patron with a precision torque meter and found to be quite accurate.

Per the tech who did the calibration - the Sears wrecnches he considered to be junk. He really liked the harbor tool one.
I have to admit the Sears is more polished and machined on the outside.
