I read a lot of posts - mostly from the S4 and TT forums (they run more boost and have had more valve failures) - and opted for the Bosch 110 valve.

This is the same valve that MTM sells as their "MTM/Bosch Sport Valve". It is the stock part for the Sabb 9000 which apparently runs very high boost levels.

I found the valve for $20 ($5 shipping).

The jist of many posts was that the Bailey/Forge are very good options which eliminates the rubber diaphragm but some have reported issues of these valves 'sticking'. The TT valve (Bosch 710N) is the valve that Audi recomends as a fix on the 225TT but people have still reported failure with this valve.

I figure for $25, the 110 is worth a shot.

BTW, I replaced my stock DV with the "MC valve' last year. Many will remember that Clark dremelled off the serial number from the valve so I have no idea what I installed. All I know is that my car is whistling very loudly again in cold weather at 2500 - 3500 rpms.
