Where did you put your boost guage..I have mine in the driver's side vent and used the leads from the vent lights, works fine..pop out the vent and you could see the two wires, if you have the guage in another spot you still could use the leads from underneath, take off the panel underneath by your knees and follow the leads from the vent down..the vent pops out by prying the side of it w/small screwdriver and pull by hand..

hmmm, I'm puting it in the center vent - those wires are pretty thin

Actually, it's probably better than most incandescent lamps. I guess I could try to trace those wires to their source.
Mark P

Indiglo huh...bye bye night vision. And your passengers can see what you're doing with the...
throttle. I put mine on the left so friends can't see what I'm doing. Not knocking the indiglo if it's dim, but I'd think that a bright green gauge mounted there would kill your night vision. Plus it's high enough that other cars can see it. Did you check out my in-engine hookup at Bronxville. Let me know if you need any help. I used a brass "T" to the fuel manifold line that came from a Rancho air suspension kit. The one that came with the boost gauge was flimsy plastic. Good luck...I want to see it on Sunday.
Cy...Pearl '97 1.8TQMS, APRv3.1, UUC, Neuspeed, H&R Sport, Bilstein, AEZ Bimos, AVS Sports, ATE Powerdisc, Mintex, Valvoline SynPower, Mobil 1, Autometer, K&N, Air Box Mod, Aluminum Trim...63.6K and counting.

Mark P, I wired mine to only come on when I have my fog lights on. But you can use the wires (long)
to the vents or there is a Gry/Black wire in the driverside kick panel. It is on the first plug in the middle row. I did my on faq to do the fog light mod so they come on with the key. I just cut the 2 yellow wires and used a t-tap on the larger yellow wire that is powered by the key. This was much easier than changing the relay and I can always change it back later. I than used a t-tap on one of the wires that power up the fog lights from the back of the relay when you turn on the fog switch. Then I just ran a wire from there up the same place the vent wire is to the back of my gauge panel.
