Where do i get a small driver mirror to match small passenger mirror?

Where do i get a small driver mirror to match small passenger mirror?
I also want to chrome the mirrors out, is there a chrome cap/cover kit for doing two small mirror, ive seen them for two big ones, a big and a little, but not two littles.???

a car in europe will have a smaller driver side mirror....
cause it is their passenger side(given the correct model year). i have not seen chrome mirror housings for the smaller sized mirrors though.
