where do i tap in for wiring of the city lights?

Default where do i tap in for wiring of the city lights?
I bought the Silvervisions for SPP.com and also the wiring harness. I cut the two wires from the turn signal and put them on the wiring harness from SPP. The third wire is grey, where does it go?
