I'm throwing a code for incorrect flow from the secondary air injection pump. Does anybody know what sensor reads that condition?

I plug the valve in, so I know at least one of the two valves (2.8) is opening. I'm think the pump is running, so I'm running out of ideas

The car uses the 02 sensor the check secondary air flow. Usual cause is a vacuem leak to secondary air valves. Furthermore, any vacuem leak in the car can lead to insufficient vacuem to open the valves. If your vacuem lines are cloth covered they may very well be brittle and leaking.
