where would i find some t-taps? radioshack doesnt seem to carry these things

here's the best pic i could find on short notice
<center><img src="http://store5.yimg.com/I/pricesrite_1751_77473571"></center><p>you put the two wires in, close up the t-tap, and the little metal blade cuts through both wire sheaths and taps one wire into the other.
