Default Where's the big benefit of coilovers?

Is it just the adjustable ride height or is the handling dramatically increased, say over an OEM/Aftermarket sport suspension?

Default Adjustable ride height.

Generally, they are constructed better, you usually have more spring choices, they tend to be lighter, have more travel.. so on.

Default ...usually. I've noticed that the Stasis Tracksports seem to overwhelm the front dampers on the S4..

they porpise a LOT over bumpy roads..

Default Adjustable ride height

Keep in mind that there will always be good and bad products out there. So just because one place offers a height adjustable coilover doesn't automatically translate into better performance, faster lap times, or more comfort. There a several height adjustable coilovers out there that couldn't come close to a good spring/shock combination in terms of performance.
