1.8T, Q, Stick, sedan.
I'm looking for the starter relay- I am going to try to clean the contacts b/c my car won't start. I think it's the starter. Is there any good way to isolate the relay?

Two days ago, when I started it, it sounded slow, like a dead battery. Yesterday, I went to start it and it wouldn't even turn. While I am cranking the interior does not get dim (i.e. no apparent load on the battery). I am guessing it's either the starter or the starter relay because I am not hearing a "click" when I turn the key- the car acts like it's starting, but no click and no sound from the engine bay. The "Press Clutch Pedal to Start Car" disappears from the display.

Car would not start-The engine wouldn't turn over. No pull on the battery. Is there a good way to isolate the starter or relay (Or solenoid)?
