A prior post indicated that my fluctuating idle speed may be due to dirt on the interior surfaces of the throttle valve control module (J3338), so I'm supposed to remove the boot from this control module and then just clean the surfact. Anyone know where this control module is? Sounds pretty easy to do, I just need to find it.

what year car,what engine?if it's a 2.8 car,forget it.to clean the throttle blade,you may as well take the whole throttle off.you have to take alot of stuff off to get to it.if it's a 4 cylinder,it's easy.if it's a 2.7 car it's not that bad.
