Whirling sound ???

Default Whirling sound ???
I hear this sound from the rear tires when slowing down, is this normal?

When tires get older they start to make sounds like that

Default Tires are brand new, just bought them three weeks ago-
could it be a bad tire? thanks the the reply - the sound is annoying.
